Freedom Capital Management is an appraisal and real-estate advisory firm. Any service requiring a separate professional license or relationship proceeds only under the applicable professional capacity, written agreement, and required disclosures.
The company name and website content do not, by themselves, establish a licensed professional relationship.
Real-Estate Services
Property acquisition and disposition inquiries are reviewed to determine the requested service and the appropriate professional relationship. Any required representation documents and disclosures are provided before licensed real-estate services begin.
Separate Professional Services
Real-estate services remain separate from appraisal, property-tax consulting, and lending services. A website request does not create a professional relationship or engagement.
